Quality Assurance & Quality Control
We strive to deliver a prompt, professional and quality service to our clients in providing accurate and detailed reports.
Our quality assurance is basically a method where we ensure that all points are covered during the inspection. We seek a full brief from the client as to their desired outcome. Where necessary, determining features such as referring to Standards or Codes, technical brochures and information sheets, is used.
Our quality control is ensuring that we have the correct tools available to reach the desired outcome, and for accuracy. We control our quality by constantly reviewing our performance and product delivery. We plan our work carefully and are methodical when it comes to basic inspections.
We also use Australian Standard 4349.1 – 2007 as our baseline for planning, methodology and quality assurance.
Where necessary, and dependent upon the type of inspections we are undertaking, we outsource to specialists in respective fields, such as Engineering, Quantity Surveys, and Testing and Analysis.
We are fully qualified, licensed and accredited Builders and Building Consultants, and hold appropriate insurance, including Professional Indemnity.
